Insurance Information
For many patients, insurance provides a valuable benefit toward their annual dental care.
We are pleased to accept most major dental insurances, and submit your visit to insurance as courtesy to you. In addition, we are considered an in-network provider for many of the largest dental insurance carriers. (Please see the listings below.)
All of our insured patients are required to know how their insurance works — and also understand that irregardless of insurance coverage, ultimately the patient is financially responsible for treatment received and serivces rendered. Further, please be aware that most insurance does cover 6-month hygiene visits, but only provides partial ‘benefit’ toward restorative visits w/ Dr. Lim. In short, there will ALWAYS be an out-of-pocket amount due for your visits with the dentist. We kindly request this amount be paid at time of service.

- Mass Health Pediatric Standard Plan (under 21)
(Note: if your insurance is not on our accepted list, we will still bill to your insurance carrier. However, full payment for your visit will be due at time of service; any insurance benefit will be payable to you, and mailed to you by your insurance carrier.)
