Our Financial Policy

Our ability to deliver care is dependent upon timely payment for services rendered.

We kindly request payment at time of service.  This allows us deliver the highest level of care to your and your families.  For our insurance patients, this includes any deductible or co-insurance amount.  We are usually able to determine your insurance benefit prior to your visit, and inform you of the amount which is your responsibility. 

While most insurance does covers regular hygiene visits, please be aware that insurance NEVER covers doctor’s visits (restorative services) at 100%.  There will always be an out-of-pocket portion due at time of service.  As such, we request that patients be sure to bring a form of payment to their appointments.

We accept payment via cash, check, and all major debit/credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover.  Online payment is also accepter via our online payment portal.  We also offer flexible payment plans and treatment financing options.

For insurance and non-insurance patients alike, any outstanding balance will be billed to you.  All balances are due upon receipt of billing.  Beyond 30days, non-financed balances accrue @1.5%/month.  After 45days, a delinquent account fee of $20 will be assessed, and further collections action will be taken.
